What to Expect

Massage sessions take place in a private room with a licensed practitioner. The practitioner will step out so you may undress to your comfort level and lie on the massage table under a drape.

Your practitioner may use a variety of massage techniques during your session. Oil or lotion may be used for smooth strokes, and pressure can be adjusted.

After the massage, your practitioner will leave the room to give you time to get dressed and collect any personal items. Take your time, and remember to rehydrate!
